- All Koi Have been Quarantined for a Minimum of 4 weeks using the Heat Ramping Method
- During Quarantine salt @ .6% will have been used through the process, and reduced via incremental Water Changes, However we cannot Guarantee there will be Zero% Salt when bought, (Osmosis is approx. .3%)
- All Koi sold will be Bagged and Boxed prior to them leaving our facility
- During Transportation it is not uncommon for Fish to become stressed, as a result their Immunity could become reduced therefore once you have taken your Fish to their "Forever Home" we recommend where Practicable a short Quarantine Period with a Salt Content of at Least .3% and then overtime reduced to Match your Forever Ponds Parameters before introduction
